La Parguera Bioluminescent Bay Boat Tours

We are a Puerto Rican family passionate about sharing the natural beauty of La Parguera through safe, memorable, and personalized experiences on the water.

La Parguera Bioluminescent Bay Boat Tours is a family-operated business founded by Waldy López and Mariemma Díaz, together with their son, José Alfonso. We have more than 30 years of experience in sales, hospitality, and customer service, and we have been providing guided water experiences in Puerto Rico since 2017.

Our commitment is reflected in the personalized attention we provide to every guest and in the respect with which we operate within one of Puerto Rico’s most extraordinary coastal ecosystems.

This new chapter began with our own Caribbean Chiliboats guests, who frequently requested a boat alternative for relatives and companions who were unable to participate in our Water Bike adventures to the cays or the Bioluminescent Bay.

By listening to their needs, we decided to expand our experiences so that couples, families, friends, and small groups could discover the beauty of La Parguera together in a safe, comfortable, and accessible way.

Our boat experiences include:

• Small-group boat tours to La Parguera Bioluminescent Bay

• Private boat charters to Cayo Caracoles and nearby cays

• Private boat charters featuring the cays, sunset, and Bioluminescent Bay

We are an Authorized Concessionaire of the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DRNA) and are endorsed by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company through its Sustainable Tourism Program.

All our boat tours are led by a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain aboard a stable 26-foot power catamaran equipped with the required safety equipment.

By operating with small groups of up to six participants, we can provide a more organized, comfortable, and personalized experience while always prioritizing guest safety and the protection of La Parguera’s natural resources.
