No. In accordance with the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DRNA) Administrative Order OA-2023-02, swimming and entering the water are prohibited within La Parguera’s Natural Bioluminescent Bay.

Yes. Guests are welcome to swim and enjoy the crystal-clear waters during the Private Boat Charter to Cayo Caracoles & Nearby Cays.

To provide a safer and more personalized experience, both tours accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

Both experiences depart from our meeting location at Punta Papayo, La Parguera, Lajas, Puerto Rico.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure to complete check-in and receive a safety briefing before boarding.

Both La Parguera experiences are listed for guests ages 5 to 90 and accommodate up to 6 guests. Participants must be able to walk through shallow water and independently board and disembark using a boat ladder. The tours are not wheelchair accessible, and the maximum participant weight listed is 300 lbs / 136 kg.

- Recommended age: 7 years and older.
- Children ages 3–6 are welcome; however, a parent or legal guardian must provide a properly sized U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) approved infant life jacket.
- Maximum capacity: 6 guests.
- Guests must be able to board and disembark the boat independently using the boarding ladder.
- These experiences are not wheelchair accessible.
- Pregnant guests and individuals with serious back problems, recent surgeries, or medical conditions that may be affected by boat movement should consult their physician before participating.
